Most people are not one dimensional, myself included. Although business is my passion, I also sing professionally as well as dabble in spiritual matters, for which I have a second blog. Recently, I was recording some videos on ‘The Law of Attraction’ for the guys on my spiritual blog, and I realised that this is a topic that could benefit you guys too, and so I thought I would share a little about it with you.

Some of you will have probably heard of the law of attraction. Other’s may not have a clue what I am talking about. So in this post, I am going to introduce you to what the law of attraction is, the principles of it, and how you can use it in your every day life, and trust me this is powerful stuff!

What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is a philosophy (with a scientific backing- I’ll explain this later) that states that whatever you put out to the universe you will receive back.

For example, if you constantly omit positive energy you will attract back positive circumstance. It also states that you have the power to manifest anything you want in this world, through the power of visualisation and positive thinking you have the ability to achieve anything you desire.

Now I realise to someone new to this whole thing, just how ‘airy fairy’ this sounds, but the law of attraction has some extremely successful and famous followers, and some of the greatest thinkers in the world are advocates of the system.

One of the most famous being Albert Einstein himself. Einstein took a scientific view to the law of attraction rather than a philosophical one. In the words of the great man himself “Everything is Energy, and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, this is physics.”

Amazing huh? I have also spoken to dozens of extremely successful business people, who have time and time again told me that success is 90% about mindset and 10% about the work you put in.

And the more I utilise this system in my life, the more I believe this to be true.

How do I use the Law of Attraction?

So you are now probably wondering how you can begin to utilise the law of attraction in your every day life.

Well there are various methods, some of which I have spoken about in the video below, but my personal favourites are visualisation, journalling, daily gratitude’s and positivity. However, not all methods will suit everyone.

The Law of attraction has been life changing for me, and if you start to implement some of these strategies, you will find that you feel better almost immediately, but in the long term, you will not only feel better but start to see positive changes within your life.
